My name is Kimberley Brickley and I am the K-11 Kindergarten teacher. I have taught Kindergarten for eighteen years and this will be my eighth year at Immaculate Conception School. I am an alumni of Immaculate Conception School and Immaculata High School. I am so happy to teach in the school that instilled my love of learning and established a firm foundation for my Catholic faith.
My teaching philosophy is simple. All children have the propensity to learn. The role of a teacher is to challenge each student to achieve his or her maximum potential. This can be accomplished if we are willing to identify the growth potential of each student and relate to them as individuals with unique qualities, skills, and abilities. In this classroom, I aim to foster creativity, cultivate curiosity, and encourage each student to develop his or her own learning style in an enriched learning environment.
We love, we learn, we create, we let His light shine through us!
